Pacific Avenue, LLC contracted with DHG to perform the demolition and removal of the old Charlotte Civic Center in downtown Charlotte, NC. Work included implosive demolition to bring the 487,000 sf structure down on June 26, 2005. The center was demolished to make way for Epicentre, a new 53-story entertainment, shopping and residential complex.
