Description:
Used Pall RO System.  Unit to primarily be operated in two-pass mode, but when more demineralizer makeup the RO system may be operated in parallel.  RO 'A' is designed to treat 415 gpm and RO 'B' is designed to treat 205 gpm of feedwater from the Aria MF system.  RO has the following design requirements from these (2) cases Case 2: Combination  waste water, 64% from Taylors Creek, with balance from Floridian aquifer (600,000 gallons each day) this case is the worse case for feedwater quality.  Case 3: Waste Water, the rest Taylors Creek (600,000 gallon each day).  During Case 2, RO 'A' has a guaranteed recovery rate of 60%, During parallel operation RO 'B' has a 60% guaranteed recovery rate and during series operation RO 'B" has an 84% guaranteed recovery rate.  During Case 3, RO 'A' has a guaranteed recovery rate of 75%.  During Parallel operation RO 'B' has a 75% guaranteed recovery rate, and during series operation RO 'B' has an 84% guaranteed recovery rate.  During Case 2 RO 'A' permeate has a guaranteed conductivity of less than 100 uS/cm @ 77 F. and  RO 'B' permeate has a guaranteed conductivity of less than 10 uS/cm @ 77 F when operated in series.  During Case 3 RO 'A' permeate has a guaranteed conductivity of less than 40 uS/cm @ 77F and RO 'B' permeate has a guaranteed conductivity of less than 10 uS/cm @ 77 F. when operated in series.  System consists of (2) 2-stage RO units utilizing thin -film composite low energy seawater membranes, with a design recovery of 60 to 84%.  RO 'A' is configured for 8:4 arrays and RO 'B' is configured for 4:2 arrays, with each RO membrane housing containing (7) membranes. (Set of new LanXess Lewabrane RO S400 HF membranes located in warehouse). 5000 gallon poly RO break water tank, (2) LP booster pumps, and (2) HP booster pumps.
