design team in a variety of project delivery methods including negotiated price, design-build, CM at risk, and conventional design-bid-build.

Working with the design team, we research, evaluate and compile information and cost data concerning site conditions, local trade participation, the bid market, utility requirements, cost history of similar projects and permitting requirements to develop a thorough cost model. We bring particular value in due diligence, design coordination, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and problem solving during the design phase.
