Project: Richmond Time Dispatch Abatement & Demolition of Three Buildings, Hourigan Martone, Richmond, VA
Renovation/demolition project in downtown Richmond, VA included abatement of three buildings including a 3-story structure demolished mechanically, an 11-story building that was imploded and a 4-level building which was gutted for renovation. Site work included the removal of 11 underground storage tanks and contaminated soil, as well as underground shoring and tie backs.
